I really feel like I need a refund because the internet was down three of those five days of my stay there. Even after complaining to them on numerous bases and asking them for a new room no offer was made to me. Terrible experience

I loved its location in the city center and how close it was.

I didn't like breakfast because there weren't many halal foods available.

Avoid this property! Run away as fast as you can.

The staff at the reception was extremely rude and dismissive. We were given twin beds when we had booked for double beds for all 3 of our rooms. However i understood it was upon availability in the hotel so upon requesting the reception, they did not seem at all apologetic for the lack of room arrangement and told us to pack our bags and keep them down if we want to change for the last night and then kept screaming at us for not informing them before. The behaviour of the reception staff was very rude with zero hospitality. We felt targeted specifically because of our race whereas other customers were being treated much better and nicely. Witchuda and Nim at the reception made our stay the worst experience instead of considering our requests and lack of arrangements.They told us to pay 300 baht for late checkout even though we were packed and had called for our luggage at 12.30. However, there were other people of a different race checking out at the same time as us and they were greeted nicely and just checked out. The staff was incompetent and rude and shouting at us when we were checking out. We have never faced such bad service during our years of travelling with different hotels.Will NEVER stay at Swaddi again nor would we ever recommend it to anyone.

Well maintained property

Doors are CHEAP and didn't little to insulate from echoing sounds in hallway. You hear and feel every door that is slammed shut.

It’s near everything

The food no have choice and the cleaning lady not clean the room very well

Nice room; well cleaned every day and I liked to refill the water, coffee and tea every day..the staff..the 2 swimming pool.. close to everything

The shower you can't fix in the appropriate temperature, its very annoying The breakfast is average and suitable more for Asians than Arabics or europians.. need to add cheese in the buffet

Second time at this hotel it’s the best hotel in Patong ever…I tried many Patong hotels for 3 years but this one is the best Very very very kind staff especially the man “JO” he is the best he gave me a surprise cake for my birthday:)Clean ,quite, new rooms delicious breakfast I will choose this hotel every year for sure

The staff are vefy friendly and courteous.

The pool must be renovated its very old as well as the iron gates need to be removed. Moreover, the reception musy have an A/C as the weather humid and hot.

We had a delay in our flight because of the situation between israel and iran, and our trip shifted for 3 daysAnd the staff didn’t cooperate in this matter

The place is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. I recommend it

we have stayed at this hotel over 7 times going back 12 years, a second wing of the hotel has been built at the back and it has now lost the small friendly hotel feel. the hotel used to have really friendly staff but this time they have changed all the staff, too many guests in hotel, not enough beds by the pool so unless up early you have no chance, had breakfast only once and it was very average.

facilities and amenities were great. staff were mostly helpful and nice. the location of the resort was a walkable distance to bangla rd and there were plenty of shops nearby.

Great rooms, quiet and comfortable

Location is good . Easily accessible and almost all taxi guys know this place. No need to tell them the route.

They could have attached a good vendor for bike rental( like they have for phuket tour). This would give additional comfort for the guests rather than we going and finding a bike rental store and not knowing if we can trust them or not.

We loved the pool area, the gym and that it was so close to everything. It was about a 15 minute walk to patong beach.
